Welcome to your new neighborhood!  the Trowbridge company, inc. is the Management Company for the Copperfield at Tampa Homeowners’ Association, Inc.

 

The following information for the Association is provided in an effort to answer some of your questions regarding Copperfield:

Communicating with the Management Company:

the Trowbridge company, inc. and Ron Trowbridge manage several communities.  At times no one may be in the office to take your call and you may need to utilize the voicemail system.  Your call will normally be returned within 24 hours or on the next business day.  It is imperative that you leave your name, property address, phone number, and a detailed message.

 

The Board of Directors Meetings:   Board meetings are held the third Thursday of each month at the Plantation of Carrollwood HOA club house, 11480 Plantation Blvd., Tampa, 33624.  Meeting notices are posted at the entrances of the community.

 

Alterations:

In order to contribute to architectural harmony within the neighborhood, the Board of Directors strongly urges homeowners to submit an architectural approval request form to the Board for approval of desired modifications to the home and property including exterior paint and color schemes, additions, fences, lanais, lanai enclosures, swimming pools, pool enclosures, decks, patios, sheds, driveways and major landscaping changes or additions.

 

Trash Collection:

The contractor for garbage/household trash pick-up and recycling is Republic (813) 265-0292.  Household garbage is picked up on Wednesday and Saturday.  Recycling and yard debris is picked up on Wednesday. Contact Republic directly for answers to any questions you may have regarding service or to schedule special pick-ups.  Trash containers, recycle bins, and yard debris may only be displayed at the end of driveways between 6:00 p.m. the day prior to pick-up until 6:00 p.m. the day of pick-up.  Large items such as refrigerators, furniture, boxes, etc. require special pick-up arrangements. Call County Solid Waste at (813) 272-5680 for arrangements

 

PLEASE DO NOT PLACE FURNITURE, APPLIANCES, WATER HEATERS, AND OTHER LARGE ITEMS AT THE CURB FOR THE REGULAR TRASH PICK UP. SUCH ITEMS WILL NOT BE PICKED UP ON NORMAL COLLECTION DAYS. FOR SUCH ITEMS, YOU MUST ARRANGE FOR A SPECIAL PICK UP BY CONTACTING (813) 272-5680 (PRESS 0).

 

Yards:

Yards within the Copperfield community are required to be routinely mowed, trimmed, and edged.

 

Vehicles:

No parking on the grass.  No commercial vehicles.  No repairs to vehicles.  No boats/trailers/RVs.

Association Assessments:

Association assessments are due and payable on January 1st of each year.  Remittance coupons & instructions will be mailed to you at least 30 days prior to the due date. The annual assessment for 2023 is $223.00.

 

In October or November of each year the Board meets to discuss the upcoming budget and will vote to determine the amount of assessments for the upcoming year.   

 

Association Governing Documents:

As required by law, you should have received a complete set of the Association Governing Documents from the seller at the time you entered into contract.  If you did not receive the documents, please notify our office.    Documents may be downloaded from this website. Printed copies may be obtained from Management for a fee of $45.00.

 

Community Newsletter:

The Copperfield Newsletter is published on an “as needed” basis.  Look for it delivered to your home.  It contains valuable information regarding your neighborhood.
